DA4KYF is a 2-player action-platformer where you have to fight against your friend using different weapons on a destroyable battlefield.

In a future where debt is eternal and entertainment is king, the richest feed their hunger with bloodsports streamed live. You are one of the thousands forced to fight in a corporate - sponsored deathmatch arena, where the prize is freedom - and the price is your humanity. The catch? You’re not fighting strangers. You're fighting your friend.
The year is 218X. The world is ruled not by governments, but by Brands. Corporate monopolies have replaced states, and debt has replaced citizenship. People are born owing, live owing, and die with interest.
In this economy, human life is cheap—but spectacle is profitable.
To distract the indebted masses and keep them compliant, a worldwide conglomerate of mega - corporations created The Arena - a reality - streamed deathmatch where players fight for a shot at debt erasure and a manufactured dream called "freedom".
Alongside your closest friend, you’re conscripted into the latest season of Profit & Pain, where the twist is simple: Only one can leave. The winner is wiped clean of debt. The rest are fed to the algorithms.
The creators have made sure that you will stay entertaining the crowd as long as it's necessary by bringing you back to life with nanotechnologies.
The question becomes: Do you play their game and kill your friend?

Click on a stage you want to join
Enter/Escape/P - Pause, pressing any key while on pause makes the game unpause.
M/Clicking on the "M" icon on top - to go back to main menu

Very fun, and I enjoy the gameplay and polish, however, I feel like the theme "World without color" was only really used by turning the game black and white lol. Maybe in the future don't enter 3 game jams (GameDev.tv 2025, Fuck Capitalism Jam 2025, We Be Jammin 2) and try to focus on every theme at the same time?

ok, this is an awesome game, I love the flash vibes it gives off! However, if I could change one thing, I think you should capitialize more on the destruction part of it, and have the players weapons explode more of the terrain.
